Use of the Site

Service Estimates
Online estimates are non-binding; final quotes may vary after on-site assessment. Any additional work required for safety or code compliance will be quoted prior to commencement. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee. Severe weather or safety conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Payments & Invoices
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law. You authorize us to issue electronic invoices and receipts.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Warranty & Workmanship
Workmanship warranties, where provided, cover defects arising from our work and exclude normal wear, misuse, or underlying structural issues. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts or appliances per the manufacturer’s terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable Use
